  1. In Barren Realms Elite, a great deal of the originally registered only
  2. features, such as Turns per day, Starting setup, etc, have been made into
  3. unregistered features.  Currently, the registered version of BRE will give
  4. access to a bank with Loans and Investments, as well as Bank/Food Market
  5. Name Setting, Gooie Kablooie access, and customizable pirates.

  7. A New feature which was added as of v0.08 is the "Gooie Kablooie" attack!  This
  8. is an Interplanetary attack which can be created by a BBS as a whole to send
  9. to another BBS.  Once funding is complete, construction [approx 3 days] will
  10. begin.  After this, the "Gooie" is sent out and when it hits the enemy target,
  11. it will destroy 10% of their regions.  It will continue destroying 5% of the
  12. enemy's regions every day until it is destroyed by the BBS.  Although Gooie
  13. Kablooies can hit unregistered BBSes, they cannot be created in the
  14. unregistered version.
